Aston Martin Vantage SP10 - 436 hp Special Edition
Aston Martin celebrates the victories in a competition held on the Nurburgring circuit with a special edition V8 Vantage model, named SP10.
Aston Martin has announced the launch of a special edition Vantage model. It is the V8 version, which comes with a little more power and a more aggressive spirit and was named SP10.
According to the official press release issued by the British manufacturer, the new edition comes to celebrate the victory of Aston Martin Vantage GT4 in the VLN race series held on the Nurburgring circuit. The name comes from the SP10 class, where the British supercar competed.
To differentiate it from the basic version, SP10 relies on a slightly modified exterior look, with elements borrowed from the V12 Vantage brother, from which it also takes the active exhaust.
Available in Coupe and Roadster, Aston Martin Vantage SP10 receive exclusive set of wheels, Ceramic Grey metallic, a carbon fiber front extension and a deflector made of the same material. The exterior is black,as is the interior, where we find both Alcantara upholstery on the seats and steering wheel.
We find important changes under the hood as well, where the total power increases by 10 hp. Thus, the 4.7-liter V10 unit manages to produce 436 horsepower and 490 Nm, enough for a sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 305 km / h . An absolute novelty is offering this option with a six-speed manual transmission.
Optionally, customers can order a transmission with seven sequential gears that shifts 20% faster than the standard on the Vantage S.
The price for this special edition was set at 96,635 euros. The model will be sold exclusively in Europe.
